We offer screen printing for the larger jobs.  Send us your design and let us try to serve you.  There is a minimum quantity of 12 to screenprint.

Detail your services

Embroidery - We do custom logos. If you have a logo you would like embroidered, send it to us and we will create a embroidery file and give you the details.  We do need to know the type material it will go on, the size you want.  A left front chest logo will usually be around a 3.5 inch x 3.5 inch design. We would like to know the colors as well so that we an match as close as possible to your colors. We embroider on Shirts, Jackets, Hats,  towels and many other items. 


Direct To Garment Printing (DTG) - We can print a lot of different designs.  We can create a full front design, full color, whether from a drawing to photos.  We print on all color of garments.  The advantage of DTG is that we can print one item or 50.  


Screen Printing - We offer screen printing for larger orders.  The minimum is 12.

Can I cancel my order? 

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP to find out if it's an option. We cannot guarantee cancellations on any orders. Please contact us ASAP if you want to add to your order.

Any excess shipping fees paid will go toward a faster shipping method and will not be refunded for any reason.

 Can I add onto my order?
When adding onto your order, the processing time will be updated based on the time from when the most recent order was placed.

When will my order ship?
Printed Items: Ships within 7-10 business days.

Embroidered Items: Ships with 5-7 days depending on quantity purchased.

If your scheduled ship by date falls on a weekend or holiday (when the Post Office is closed), your order will be shipped on the next business day. We occasionally ship on Saturdays.  

How do I rush my order?

-Ask for the RUSH shipping option when you place your order. This will upgrade you to 1 business day processing and Priority shipping (2-3 business days). There is a $20 rush fee applied to all RUSH orders.
-Rush orders should be delivered within 3 to 4 business days of the day they are placed.
This DOES NOT include Express or Overnight Shipping. Please contact us for other shipping options BEFORE ordering.
-Any order placed without the RUSH option will ship within our normal processing times.
If you would like to upgrade to rush processing AFTER the order has already submitted, please contact us. You are more likely to get your items quicker if you purchase the RUSH when you place your order.

What type of images/designs can you print? 

With the exception of copyright/trademarked/licensed designs, we can print pretty much anything.
These type of designs can only be used by those who have a license/authorization to use them. Most images of this nature available online or digital files available for purchase are being sold illegally and we will not break the law to print these items for you.
We will also use discretion and decline orders when it comes to designs of sensitive/offensive nature, depending on the content.
If you are unsure if the design you are interested in purchasing or you have is something we can or will print, please contact us BEFORE purchasing. We will cancel and refund orders placed for items we cannot or choose not to print.

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

Not on personalized orders.

You MUST contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to inquire about any errors found. Any items returned to us without prior contact will not be returned and will not be refunded.
If you need to place a new order for different items, we recommend doing so as a separate transaction to expedite the production of your new order since everything is made to order.  

I would love something custom printed but I need help designing it. Do you offer design services?

We can absolutely help with designing.
Some of our listings have design options built in but it really depends on what you are wanting designed and how much design work is required for the project. There is a $12.50 per hour fee to create a custom design.

Please contact us with as much information about what you are trying to have designed and will give you a quote for design services. Here are some details that will help us give you the most accurate quote possible:

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.  Most décor items will be shipped in 3 days. Embroidery items can take up to 7 seven days. If you have any questions on specific time frames, please contact our office.

Payment options  - 

Payment will need to be made prior to order being filled.   Accepts: PayPal and Credit Cards

Returns & exchanges

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:

-Custom or personalized orders

-Items on sale

Policy and Procedures

 Please double check your address on your order to make sure your items will be sent to the right address. Please also make note of the processing and shipping time frames for your order.

 Our current processing time is 1-4 BUSINESS DAYS. Most printed items ship in an average of 4 business days. If your scheduled to ship by date falls on a weekend or holiday, your order will ship the next business day.
Custom orders (including custom decals, transfers, shirts and decor may take up to 5 business days to be ready to ship.
*IMPORTANT* USPS is experiencing SIGNIFICANT delays with packages. We are committed to getting your items shipped out within the advertised time frame but please keep in mind that packages are taking much longer than normal to be delivered. We appreciate your patience. 

If you ordered multiple items, we will ship your order as soon as ALL items are available to ship.
